However, when we think of “PDQ Care,” we think: “people deserve quality care.” To us, the most important part of that statement is “people.” We are looking for people who truly enjoy meeting and working with people of all ages. We believe our quality starts with our people, around whom we establish systems and procedures which promote a constantly improving level of quality.

Although you are in an environment requiring a high degree of independence, there is an extraordinary level of support when needed. You are part of an area-wide team backed up by a national organization. Our medical directors are local physicians who are friendly and supportive, and always available by telephone. If necessary, the medical director can directly view the medical record of the patient being seen and can talk to, and see the patient. Our clinics are organized in “pods” so there are always peers on duty in your area should they be the best ones to answer a question.

We are highly automated with electronic medical records and wireless access to these systems. A centralized support staff is available to answer questions or to address some kind of computer "glitch". Although you can answer the telephone at your location, we have a fully staffed telephone answering department to take calls so you can pay full attention to the patient at hand.

As a member of the PDQ Care organization, your suggestions for improving our service to patients are always welcome. There are ample opportunities for advancement within the local organization as well as within the state-wide and nation-wide organizations.
