PDQ Care is a low-cost provider of a broad array of non-emergency and preventive health care services and is conveniently located right in your local mall.  We treat common family illnesses such as sore throat, ear infections and many more complaints.  We offer minor physicals, monitoring your blood pressure, cholesterol checks and numerous other preventive health care services.  We accept many insurance plans.

We are open seven days a week and most evenings.  You can walk in without an appointment or you can make a same-day appointment right from your computer through the Internet.  PDQ Care is located in local malls around the country so you can combine your visit with your other shopping activities.  In the event there is a short wait (seldom more than 15 minutes) you will receive a small call “bot” which you can carry with you around the mall and be notified of your turn.     

You can get your prescriptions and common over-the-counter items right from PDQ Care; no need to make separate trips to a drug store for drop off and later pick-up. We can even save you money on your prescriptions with our prescription discount card.  When appropriate, we can help you choose between a generic and branded prescription and assist you to enroll for mail service prescriptions, which offer further savings.  Through our computerized systems, we can usually tell you what pharmaceuticals are on your health insurance formulary and thus help you reduce your costs.

PDQ Care can also provide many common clinical laboratory tests for diagnosis and for monitoring your health status. 

PDQ Care’s unique PHR-to-Go™ personal health record is available to you to create a record of your visit with PDQ Care as well as a record of your complete health status.  With your permission, this record can be made available to your other medical providers online through our “Physician Portal;” or it can be provided to you on paper.  Your personal health record can be used to accumulate a trend of your clinical laboratory and vital sign results, as well as serve as a repository for medical reports, allergies, medical conditions and preventive health results.   The Federal Government has mandated that all Americans have electronic medical records by 2016.  No need to wait - you can have yours today!

PDQ Care also offers a range of Medication Therapy Management (MTM) programs to help people get the most value at the least cost from their medications.  In this day and age, with people having so many physicians, combining over-the-counter and herbal preparations with their prescriptions, and purchasing prescriptions from multiple sources; it is easy to be at risk for adverse drug interactions, or to inadvertently undermine the effectiveness of your prescriptions.  PDQ Care has computer systems designed to identify these risks, and medical providers with the expertise to show you how to get the greatest benefit at the least cost.
