We are available to you online over the Internet, open seven days a week, and offer a pleasant environment right in your local mall.  Most of our services can be completed in 15 minutes or less, and wait times are short or non-existent.  If there is a short wait time, we will give you a call “bot” so you can do your other shopping until your turn arrives.

Access to PDQ Care services is available online over the Internet.  You can go online to find a same-day appointment time that is available.  Schedule it and be assured that the time will be reserved for you (a short wait time is possible).  If this is a first-time visit, you can complete all your preliminary information online at your own computer.  If you need assistance, you can call our Help desk.  Once enrolled, your medical and insurance records are available online for review or updating via the “Patient Portal.”  Should you want your physician to consult your record, you can make it available to them via our “Physician Portal.” 

We are open 7 days a week, during the daytime and in the evenings, 364 days a year.  No need to miss a day of work to take care of a minor medical condition or a preventive health procedure!  Many people find it convenient to make a same-day appointment from work to be completed during their lunch hour.  You can see a medical professional, receive a clinical laboratory test and pick up your prescription in one convenient location and at the same time.

You can save time by combining your visit with your other shopping.  If there is a short wait, you can take one of our unique call “bots” so you can shop until your are electronically notified when your turn comes.  Because PDQ Care is located in local malls, any wait you might have will certainly be more pleasant than waiting in a doctors’ office!
