PDQ Care, Inc. was founded in 2006, and is headquartered in Coral Springs, Florida. The founders’ vision is to provide high quality, low cost health care through a unique combination of advanced computer technology, telecommunications and a commitment to service. The Company plans to open and operate up to 400 low-cost, non-emergency care clinics throughout the U.S.
Reid Becker, Chief Executive Officer, has twenty-four years of experience in the Medical Industry. From 1982 to 1991, he held various positions at Cordis Corporation, a publicly traded manufacturer of medical devices. After leaving Cordis, Mr. Becker founded Medical Testing Associates, Inc., a diagnostic medical testing service. He earned an MBA degree from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Gerson Greenbarg, Chief Operating Officer, has thirty-five years of experience in the Medical and Pharmaceutical industries. He founded FLA Orthopedics, Inc. which grew to over 700 employees and 200 products. Mr. Greenbarg is a practicing pharmacist and is licensed in 30 states. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a BS degree in Pharmacy.
Dr. Dyann Gormezano, MD serves as a medical advisor to the Company. She graduated from the University of Miami in 1993 with an MD degree and completed post graduate and professional training at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Surgery. She completed a fellowship in Surgical Critical Care at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
